Job Title: Information Exchange Specialist

We are seeking an Information Exchange Specialist to facilitate the exchange of health and medical information with speed, simplicity, and security.

About the Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring timely actioning within service level agreements
  • Liaise with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients
  • Write accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform
  • Develop and maintain relationships between clients and healthcare providers
  • Perform data entry and ad hoc administrative duties as required
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate influence and manage conflicts effectively
  • Multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills namely Outlook Word and Excel
