About the Team

The Indigenous Customer Assistance Line (ICAL) is a pioneering service for banking in Australia, aiming to bridge the financial gap for remote Indigenous communities. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful relationships with our clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with Indigenous customers and communities, ensuring they have access to the Bank's wide range of products and services.
  • On a daily basis, you will be on the phone with customers, delivering outstanding customer service and answering questions about their banking.
  • You will promote self-service options and identify issues and service gaps, working closely with stakeholders from community and government services to address these concerns.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an enthusiastic and determined individual who is passionate about building strong relationships with our Indigenous customers.

Key skills and qualifications include highly developed written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated customer and community engagement skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

With a strong focus on customer service, you will have excellent attention to detail and be able to interact effectively with people from various backgrounds.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
