Client Overview:

The client is a well-known property owner seeking to hire a Retail Leasing Executive for their Brisbane team, which manages major regional assets.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with institutional owners or private landlords. They should be strong team players, achieving results through relationships with national retailers and local shopkeepers.

  • Strategically manage the leasing process to maximize gross income from tenants and optimize occupancy levels.
  • Renegotiate existing leases to increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement leasing plans and strategies.
  • Build and maintain retailer relationships, introducing new retail precincts to the asset.

The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively, possessing excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease Negotiation: Negotiate lease terms with retailers to secure optimal occupancy rates and rent levels.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of retail properties, ensuring maximum profitability through efficient leasing practices.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key retailers, identifying opportunities to enhance business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing leasing strategies and optimizing business performance.
