Asset Manager

We are seeking a seasoned portfolio manager to oversee the end-to-end management of our diverse retail and commercial assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular site visits to monitor properties, manage maintenance and upkeep via trusted contractors.
- Monitor rental arrears in line with performance metrics, and facilitate lease events including renewals, expirations and rent reviews.
- Prepare detailed budget reports and track critical lease dates, ensuring optimal property management and compliance.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and effective communication, collaborating with leasing agents to minimize vacancies.
- Ensure ongoing compliance, risk management and regulatory adherence across all assets.
You will be a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes. Your background includes 5+ years' experience in retail or commercial asset management.

- Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
