Research and Engagement Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead innovative initiatives and research programs for our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and sustaining internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure successful knowledge translation and achievement of outcomes that inform better practice.

Mandatory qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in research and/or a relevant health field.
  • Experience with research synthesis and data analysis, including use of statistical software.
  • Experience working within occupational health and safety fields.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be required to travel intra and interstate, including overnight absences. A national police check is also mandatory.
