Job Overview

This Senior Professional leads and manages research initiatives for Comcare. They ensure data-driven approaches in developing, monitoring, evaluating, translating, and promoting applied research to enhance workplace well-being.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing, managing, and sustaining senior stakeholder relationships to achieve knowledge translation and strategic outcomes.
  • Utilising evidence-based methods to inform best practices across the scheme.
Qualifications and Expertise
  • Tertiary qualifications in research and/or relevant health fields.
  • Experience with research synthesis and data analysis using SPSS and Qualtrics.
  • Background in work health and safety and/or workers' compensation fields.
