About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our successful QLD team at Temperzone. This is an exciting opportunity for a goal-oriented individual who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences within the residential, commercial, and wholesale HVAC community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and maintaining our partnerships with Hitachi and Temperzone while identifying new opportunities to expand our trade partners and networks throughout regional North Queensland.

This is a full-time, permanent, Monday-to-Friday opportunity that offers a supportive team environment, solid sales and technical support, and the chance to grow your career with a globally recognized and privately owned brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our trade partner network
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive business growth and success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Proven sales history and a strong track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
