About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Facilities Services Branch. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic investment advice and planning for our accommodation portfolio.
  • Lead innovation and uplift in our property program to drive efficiency and deliver outcomes.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial contracts and leases with government and commercial entities.
  • Manage complex facility operations and maintenance services in a high security environment.
  • Deliver construction, uplift and maintenance programs to scope, time and budget.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading Facilities Services teams in a complex high-security environment.
  • Deep understanding of relevant legislation and standards, and commitment to work health and safety.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated communications skills to inspire your team and engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong representational skills to build strategic partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to uplift capability in your team and personally develop new skills.
