Job Title: Legal Counsel

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our team as a Legal Counsel. This role will be responsible for managing all legal matters related to our operations in the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all legal activities, including contract negotiations, drafting, and review.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance on various commercial matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts and business transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, adapting our strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Law degree from a reputable institution (3-6 years PQE).
  • Proven experience in marketing and/or technology law is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
