Job Overview
  • We are seeking proactive individuals to provide diary management and meeting coordination for clients, as well as coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Drafting of documents, amendments, management and dictation are also essential tasks.
  • The selected candidate will oversee records management responsibilities for the Sydney office alongside the administration team.
  • Support will be provided to the firm's shared services teams as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a law firm is necessary - open to considering law students also.
  • Fantastic communication skills and high-level stakeholder management skills are highly valued.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks is essential.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
