About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our Recovery and Restructuring practice on a full-time permanent basis in our Sydney office. This role involves working alongside lawyers to manage a portfolio of files, preparing and issuing legal documents, and acting as the first point of contact for clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing files from start to finish;
  • Preparing and issuing legal documents;
  • Maintaining regular communications with clients via online portals;
  • Liaising with defaulting customers to come to suitable arrangements;
  • Working with lawyers to progress matters through courts.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a large workload while keeping tasks up to date. Prior law firm experience is not necessary, but applicants with secured or unsecured recoveries experience will be favorably considered.
