Job Title:

Software Delivery Leader

We are looking for a skilled Software Delivery Leader to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping how our technology and product teams work together to build great things efficiently and with pleasure.

Responsibilities:
  • Champion and maintain delivery team culture and values to ensure long term sustainable success
  • Execute the end-to-end delivery process between the Technology and Product teams, measuring KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
  • Work with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Team Leads to ensure delivery projects are planned and meeting delivery standards
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software project delivery or adjacent areas such as Product Ownership, QA, Digital Production. They will also have a strong understanding of modern software delivery frameworks and product discovery.

The successful candidate will be passionate about improving team health and delivery effectiveness and have an innovative mindset with a curiosity for technology and team dynamics.
