- Design and facilitate workshops for brainstorming, ideation and opportunity validation.
- Identify business efficiency benefits by measuring process improvements or other cost/benefit analysis and drive prioritisation through value vs. effort insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders across the ecosystem to co-create, recommend and support implementation of efficiency solutions.
- Forecast, measure and report on efficiency improvements, clearly articulating impact of continuous improvement changes delivered.
- Support delivery of Enterprise Efficiency Delivery Program Management Office (PMO) operations and outcomes.
**Skills & Experience**
- You will bring with you consulting or problem-solving experience in a commercial, start-up, not-for-profit, disruptor, gig organisation or in the financial services industry.
- You will have proven experience working with or on project teams, engaging at all levels - in areas such as supply chain, procurement, enterprise cost reduction, operational improvement and process excellence.
- Your experience will showcase your ability to conduct analysis (desktop research, data analysis, reviewing documents, process mapping, interviews etc.) and synthesising into digestible outputs (e.g. reports, process maps), using structured problem-solving approaches / frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with ambiguity and responding to change.
- Demonstrated experience working with and advising senior stakeholders.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent verbal reasoning and influencing abilities.
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative, analytical, and data modelling skills.
- Strong and adaptable facilitation and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Tertiary qualifications in related discipline couple with extensive business-related experience
**Ready for Anything?** We would love the opportunity to learn more about you
