Job Role:

As a seasoned information management specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge solutions using the FileNet P8 CE & PE platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, design, and develop innovative FileNet solutions, particularly with IBM Enterprise Records Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of technical experts to deliver high-visibility projects.
  • Adapt to fast-paced development models and work effectively in Agile Methodology environments.
  • Participate in design meetings and contribute to design decisions.
  • Develop Java/J2EE components to integrate with Case Manager and/or FileNet.
  • Develop system monitoring tools and contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
  • Estimate and size new proposals, and be prepared to travel as needed.
Required Skills:
  • Expert-level proficiency in IBM Filenet P8, including knowledge of Filenet P8 5.2.0 fix pack 5 and Filenet P8 5.2.1 fix pack 5.
  • Strong experience in records management, archival, and retrieval.
  • Advanced skills in Java/J2EE, Spring, Junit, iBatis/Hibernate, and WebSphere.
  • Good understanding of Content Engine and Process Engine APIs.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in CMOD, Box, eDiscovery, WebSphere Administration Server, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, Web Services, Linux, JSP, SOA, REST, and SOAP.
