Job Overview
This role is pivotal in shaping an organisation's information landscape. The Data Manager will define enterprise information management strategies and spearhead improvements in recordkeeping to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement information management strategies using relevant systems and automation tools.
- Drive enhancements in recordkeeping to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks.
- Provide specialist technical guidance to ICT teams and business stakeholders on Microsoft 365, Power Platforms, Entra, information protection, and compliance capabilities.
- Act as the key liaison for e-discovery processes such as GIPA and Standing Order 52 requests.
- Develop programs to facilitate business and project teams' adoption of Microsoft 365 effectively.
About You
We seek a confident, open, and friendly communicator with strong technical expertise in contemporary technologies. Experience in managing corporate information and records is highly beneficial.
