Information Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Information Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting retention and disposal assessments to ensure records align with approved schedules and legislative requirements.
You will assist in developing and testing control assurance mechanisms to support compliance and mitigate risk. Additionally, you will support the implementation and configuration of CastlePoint for SharePoint Online, enabling automated archiving and destruction.
Collaborating with Risk and Compliance Managers, you will align records practices with broader governance frameworks. You will also create and deliver communications and training materials to support records-related change initiatives.
As an Information Management Specialist, you will contribute to the evaluation and development of technology and automation solutions to enhance records management efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of information management principles, including retention and disposal protocols.
- Experience working within risk and compliance frameworks, particularly in control assurance.
- Familiarity with CastlePoint or similar information management platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and support change.
- High level of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to contribute to technology and automation initiatives, with an interest in AI-driven solutions.
