Job Summary

This full-time permanent opportunity is integral to supporting the company's commitment to excellence. As an Analytics and Planning Coordinator, you will collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and optimise the flow of goods.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in supply chain planning, expediting, and data management, with a strong understanding of business processes and analytical thinking. They will be responsible for streamlining order processes, collecting and maintaining large datasets, developing reports on operational performance, and tracking market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
  • Streamline order processes to ensure timely deliveries and efficient resource management.
  • Collect, maintain, and manage large datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and analyse reports on operational performance and market trends.
  • Track and interpret market trends, consumer behaviours, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven experience in supply chain planning, expediting, and data management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
