About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. This is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in shaping and sustaining a culture of continuous improvement across our network of dealerships.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement within our dealerships. Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder interviews to identify improvement opportunities. Lead cross-functional project teams to implement new processes that improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with proven experience in Continuous Improvement or LEAN project management. Strong data analysis and reporting skills are also essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to engage and influence at all levels.
