Financial Process Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Payment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the finance operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvement and transformation across regional finance operations.
The successful candidate will have:
- A strong background in accounting, finance or a related field with proven experience in managing procure-to-pay or accounts payable processes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and ERP systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Leading transformation initiatives across APAC, focusing on process redesign and automation.
- Monitoring and improving process efficiencies, leveraging technology and best practices.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Collaborating with other departments to optimise procurement and payment processes.
