Our client is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic team as a Payroll Administrator. If you have experience in timesheet processing, data management, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute and Coordinate Payroll Administration: Handle all day-to-day payroll administration and processes, ensuring strict compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Data Collection and Recording: Collect and accurately record payroll data for assigned departments and/or the company.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare routine and ad-hoc payroll information, such as salaries, allowances, expenses, and payment summaries, as directed or requested during payroll runs.
  • Data Management: Record, execute, and maintain administrative data.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration, timesheet management or onboarding.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with personnel of all levels.
  • Proficiency with payroll accounting systems highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
