Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Payroll and HR Coordinator. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate job postings, screening, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies
- Provide support for payroll processing and collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
- Oversee the Payroll area
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data
- Organize and manage training programs and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Payroll
- Proficiency in Payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with both Payroll and HR within the same role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
