We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, recommending subcontractors, and ensuring efficient document control procedures.
- Recommending and engaging subcontractors to procure materials and services.
- Managing contractual agreements, variations, and progress claims.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources to carry out their work efficiently.
- Implementing effective document control and reporting procedures.
- Providing timely project reports and monthly forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Recommending and managing contractual agreements, variations, and progress claims.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and deliverables.
- Document Control: Implementing and maintaining effective document control procedures.
- Reporting: Providing timely and accurate project reports and monthly forecasts.
- 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator in Commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of Construction Contracts & Procurement principles.
- Experience using project management software or similar tools.
- Australian Working Rights.
