Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of merchant-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in product management and business analysis to deliver scheme compliance projects and implement tokenisation solutions for eCommerce products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating roadmaps that align with business priorities and customer needs, leading the delivery of scheme compliance projects, and implementing tokenisation solutions for eCommerce products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Roadmap Creation & Delivery: Develop and execute roadmaps for merchant initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Scheme Compliance: Lead the delivery of scheme compliance projects, ensuring all products and processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Tokenisation Implementation: Implement scheme tokenisation solutions for eCommerce products, ensuring seamless integration and customer-centric functionality.
  • Blend Product Management & Business Analysis: Articulate and prioritise business requirements, work with engineering and business teams to design technical solutions, and oversee go-to-market strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with engineering teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Manager and Business Analyst roles.
  • A proven track record in roadmap delivery for merchant-focused initiatives.
  • Experience delivering scheme compliance projects and implementing tokenisation solutions for eCommerce products.
