As a Small Business Banker, you will play a pivotal role in empowering small businesses to grow and succeed. You will be responsible for understanding the unique needs of your customers and providing tailored banking solutions that meet their evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with small business owners.
  • Grow revenue by increasing sales and driving customer advocacy.
  • Manage lending requests up to $1.5 million and home lending up to $5 million.
  • Engage with our Retail Branch and Broker network to increase portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
  • Build an exciting career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in lending within retail or business banking.
  • Excellent ability to understand and grow the SME market and gain local area knowledge.
  • Strong customer and relationship management skills.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
