Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and experience in e-travel or hotel/travel industry.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our partners, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to improve their business, and providing support and advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively communicate with partners to understand their needs and goals.
  • Build strong relationships with partners through regular communication and meetings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner's business and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Provide administrative tasks and IT support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in e-travel or hotel/travel industry.
  • Ability to persuade partners to implement suggestions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in hotel school or university.
  • Reside in Melbourne with the right to work in Australia without sponsorship.
