We are currently seeking experienced individuals to join our team as a Business Development Partner in Melbourne's South-East.

As a Business Development Partner, you are responsible for the growth and development of securing project opportunities in-line with the organisation's Shared Vision and Shared Purpose. Driven by a committed focus that delivers value and excellence that exceeds our expectations.

**Location**: South-East Melbourne

**Status**: Permanent Full Time

**Salary**: $90-110k

**Key Functions and Accountabilities**
- Support Business Development administration initiatives
- To maintain a current in-depth understanding of the Market Share in which you manage in order to generate, continued growth and maintain a sustainable market share
- To identify opportunities within set Segments and Target Markets in line with the organisation's

**National Marketing Strategy and Key Objectives**
- Provide updates in the weekly Business Development Meetings, that supports strategic thinking and delivery, analysing Marketing statistic data and provide updates of current and future

Travel may be required, including overnight stays, to meet the requirements of your role.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Construction Industry experience and knowledge on concrete technology/products is essential
- Business Development and Relationship Management experience
- Project Management, Time Management and Planning, Presentation Written and Oral
- Drivers Licence
- **Desirable Skills**: Knowledge of Concrete Repair and Durability Enhancement
