{"title": "Human Resources Specialist", "content": "Unlock Your Potential in Employment Relations

At Employsure, we're seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our Out of Hours team on a part-time or full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a compliant workplace environment - whenever they need it.

As an out-of-hours HR Specialist, you'll support small to medium businesses navigate their ER/HR challenges and act as a trusted expert to many during their time of need - whenever that might be. Covering a mix of weekend and weekday shifts (availability for Saturday & Sunday shifts is essential, plus ideally 1-2 weekday shifts), this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking a non-traditional work week model and enjoys the flexibility of working from home.

In this unique role, you'll:

  • Partner with passion: Support clients via telephone, email, and chat channels by providing timely advice and recommendations in response to client concerns.
  • Knowledge sharer: You will be a trusted partner to our clients, making complex workplace regulations easy to understand and implement in their business.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively monitor changes in employment law and provide practical recommendations about what clients should do to protect their business.
  • Delight and deliver: Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality assurance.

You're a perfect fit if you have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.
  • Formal qualifications in HR/IR or Law are highly regarded, however, we understand working experience comes in all shapes and sizes, so we encourage those who have had exposure to employee matters to apply.
  • Full working rights.

Why You'll Love Working Here:

We believe everyone has the capacity to be better every day. That is why we are passionate about creating a work environment that enables our people to achieve their best - personally and professionally.

  • Make a Difference: You'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Be an Expert: We provide ongoing learning and development opportunities to ensure you stay at the forefront of ER practices.
  • Collaboration is Key: Work alongside passionate colleagues across departments, fostering a truly collaborative spirit.
  • Rewards & Recognition: We love to reward and recognize our people, from monthly nominated awards for super service, through to company bonus and enhanced leave.

This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to make a real impact on the business community in Australia.

Employsure is committed to nurturing a diverse and vibrant workplace. We support equal opportunities and welcome applications from people of culturally diverse backgrounds, people who identify as LGBTQI+, people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander origin, as well as people with disabilities.

A note to recruitment agencies: We politely ask that you avoid making any approaches or sending any unsolicited resumes.
