Cloud Engineer Role:

This is a 10-month contract position for an Integration and Cloud Engineer with hybrid working arrangements.

The successful candidate will have experience in cloud migration projects, strong knowledge of cloud-based SaaS solutions, and expertise in Microsoft Infrastructure stacks.

  • Experience in cloud migration projects
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in the implementation and management of cloud-based SaaS solutions including Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Services.
  • Detailed understanding of Data Loss Prevention, Archiving, eDiscovery, and Compliance.
  • Assist and contribute in developing and optimising Microsoft Office 365 backup strategy.
  • Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Infrastructure stack (Windows desktop and server), Microsoft Application & Azure Stacks.
  • Proven knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft PowerShell, VB Script and other automation technologies.
  • Capability to develop and maintain sound working relationships with end users, key stakeholders, and suppliers.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, proven capability to work within tight deadlines and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
  • Contribute towards knowledge transfer of skills and mentor staff as appropriate.
  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Certified, MCSA, MTA, and VMWare are highly desirable.

Candidates must be Australian citizens holding at least an active baseline security clearance.
