Technical Support Specialist Role Overview

This role involves providing Level 1/2 technical support to clients, assessing issue severity and prioritizing tasks based on business impact.

  • Maintain accurate records of client issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.
  • Deploy software and hardware solutions remotely or on-site at client locations as required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email or other relevant methods to resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage own time effectively.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Possess Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate or Enterprise Administrator Expert certification or similar qualifications.
  • At least 3 years' experience in technical support, preferably in solution or service provider environments.
