About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Operations Business Partner to join our team at Canva. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting our front-line teams to achieve our Crazy Big Goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own all team operations end-to-end, ensuring we have built cadences and administrative infrastructure that support operational excellence and goal achievement.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant stakeholders are up-to-date and working efficiently.
  • Proactively drive initiatives forward, collaborating with Group Leadership and Leadership Ops to forecast and anticipate emerging opportunities.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams through storytelling, promoting collaboration and cross-functional alignment.
Requirements
  • Experience working in operations, program, or project management roles within a start-up or scale-up tech environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and track multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Nice to have: experience collaborating effectively with product teams, including engineers, product managers, and designers.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong desire to uphold high standards of excellence.
  • Self-motivation, a desire to constantly learn and develop, and a willingness to question one's own assumptions.
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport quickly across different parts and levels of the business.
