About the Role

As a Director of Early Learning, you will be responsible for leading our centre team to provide high-quality early learning programs.


We are looking for an experienced leader who can use their expertise in early childhood education to support our centre and team.

You will be responsible for mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team, as well as overseeing the overall management of the centre in your absence.

We encourage applicants with previous experience as a Director or in a similar leadership role to apply.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of early learning programs that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Oversee the overall management of the centre, including budgeting, staffing, and resources.
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to ensure consistency and quality across all aspects of the centre.

Selection Criteria

We are looking for applicants with:

Previous experience as a Director or in a similar leadership role.

Expertise in early childhood education and care.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to mentor and build capabilities within a team.

Capacity to oversee the overall management of a centre.
