This is a part-time opportunity to play a key role in overseeing the smooth and enriching operation of our early learning centre.
What you'll be doing Assist the Centre Director in providing strategic leadership and operational management of the centre Oversee the implementation of high-quality educational programs that support the wellbeing and development of children Mentor and support the education team, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards Engage with families, building strong partnerships to support children\'s learning and growth Contribute to the ongoing improvement and growth of the centre What we\'re looking for Diploma in Early Childhood Education Minimum 3 years\' experience in a senior role within the early childhood education sector Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Passion for creating enriching learning environments and supporting children\'s development Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements What we offer At Little World Early Learning Centre\'s, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
