Job Overview

A key player in regional operations, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives to boost sales across the region. This involves managing distributor and customer relationships, providing technical and market extension support, and driving business expansion through targeted market analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive visit plan for the region.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for mutual growth and success.
  • Conduct thorough market research to forecast short-term and long-term market potential within the region.
  • Design and implement action plans to break into new markets and attract new customers, fostering a competitive edge in the industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and key decision-makers at major or prospective customer organizations to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, distributor and end-user training, and other activities to engage end users and drive business results.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level professional relationships.
  • Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software, with a focus on maintaining high-quality Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information, including product specifications and applications for assigned product lines.
