We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic account management and sales expertise.


As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our property management department to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and negotiate lucrative deals.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Sourcing new business opportunities through extensive market research and network building
  • Conducting market appraisals to determine property values and negotiate deals
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Providing expert advice to clients on property management and sales strategies

Requirements for the role include:



  • Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role in the property management sector
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
