Working closely with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders, this individual is responsible for crafting effective change strategies and implementation plans that drive readiness, adoption, and engagement.
">- Support the development of tailored change strategies and action plans.
- Coordinate and track change activities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Maintain accurate records of change artefacts, including stakeholder maps, readiness checklists, and impact assessments.
- Assist in identifying impacted stakeholders and supporting engagement planning efforts.
- Prepare stakeholder presentations, communications, and briefing materials to facilitate seamless transitions.
- Monitor feedback channels and escalate issues and risks as necessary.
- Draft and maintain essential communication materials, such as FAQs, updates, and newsletters.
- Coordinate and deliver training activities, including scheduling, logistics, and feedback collection.
- Maintain detailed records of engagement registers, training data, and support change tracking dashboards.
- Facilitate and document change impact assessments in collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, and key project team members.
- Track and report on business readiness indicators and contribute to mitigation activities where needed.
- Identify and track benefits, resistance themes, and user feedback throughout the transition process.
- Proven experience delivering or certification in change management methodologies, such as Prosci or ADKAR.
- Background in business transformation and change projects, preferably within government, large, or complex organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with stakeholder engagement experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work across competing priorities.
