Transformative Change Expert

We're working with our government client on a large transformation program, and we need someone who can help develop and implement an effective Change Management strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise your change and training skills in a hybrid role, working closely with the Project Manager and Program Change Manager to drive successful adoption of new system processes and changes.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing, designing and delivering highly engaging, inclusive and accessible training programs utilising adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies;
- Engaging and coordinating with a network of change champions to support implementation of project change and communications activities;
- Cultivating and maintaining trusted partnerships with stakeholders across an agency using effective engagement, advocacy, collaboration and negotiation techniques;
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Demonstrated ability to plan and undertake training needs analysis, training plans and delivery, as well as manage related registers and plans;
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication;
