Roster Management Experts Sought for Key Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roster Management Expert to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in supporting the smooth operation of various industries on the Gold Coast.

About the Job:
  • You will perform a variety of administrative tasks with high accuracy, including filing, payment processing, diary management, and database input and updating.
  • As the first point of contact for enquiries, you will manage general reception duties, including Outlook Calendar and incoming call management.
  • Additionally, you will create rosters and handle other ad hoc administration duties as required.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in an administrative, reception or customer service role is essential.
  • Roster management experience in any industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer skills, experience with computerised systems, and Microsoft Office Suite are necessary.
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal literacy skills, along with exceptional time management, efficiency, attention to detail, and organisational skills are required.
  • You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
