**Job Details:**

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to fill a Casual Rostering Clerk position in Inverell.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain staff rosters according to facility requirements.
- Manage staff availability and leave requests to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Communicate with staff regarding their rosters and any changes that may occur.
- Monitor and report on staffing levels to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

**About the Role:**

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and be proficient in computerised systems. Previous experience in rostering is highly regarded.

  • Proficient in computerised systems (spreadsheets, word processing, scheduling programs)

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in rostering or scheduling
  • Previous experience in an Aged Care setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable awards and interpretations, as well as a thorough understanding of rostering protocols in accordance with award entitlements
