About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer (Mechanical) to join our Plant Maintenance department at our Yarwun Manufacturing site. The successful candidate will work on a family-friendly 9 day fortnight roster and will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct reliability assessments and performance analysis of mechanical systems;
- Drive and implement key mechanical engineering projects;
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programmes;
- Identify and resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise production processes;
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in all engineering activities.
- Strong experience in mechanical reliability engineering within industrial settings;
- Expertise in preventive maintenance and failure analysis;
- Ability to lead and drive engineering projects to completion;
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with cross-functional teams;
