About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Reliability & Control Engineer to join our Gladstone operations team at Cement Australia's largest integrated cement plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for asset management and control systems, as well as supporting the site's East End mine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, maintenance, and processing teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant, process, and people performance
  • Provide clear communication between stakeholders and ensure a positive safety culture
  • Liaise with OEMs, procurement, and other head office functions to drive efficiency and reliability
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in electrical engineering
  • Extensive maintenance experience in manufacturing or mining/heavy industry
  • Strong leadership experience and ability to influence a positive safety culture
  • Experience in HV, LV, and distributed control systems
  • Excellent investigative skills and self-motivated nature
  • Proficient with computerised maintenance management systems (SAP) and other programs
