As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, maintaining internal processes, managing communication with clients, and coordinating marketing strategies.
**About the Role:**
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Director, including diary management, email correspondence, and data entry.
- Maintain and refine internal processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage communication with clients, including scheduling viewings, preparing reports, and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate marketing strategies, including social media management and content creation.
**Requirements:**
- Strong administration background in Real Estate, preferably with experience in buyers' agencies.
- Current Certificate of Registration and knowledge of relevant industry regulations.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
