**National Account Lead**

Drive business growth by leading multiple beverage segments across key customers.

This role is part of the Grocery Commercial team, responsible for developing strategic account plans to grow customer revenue and optimize ROI.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage key customer relationships and provide leadership guidance as needed.
- Contribute to commercial strategy shaping by providing insights on account opportunities and risks.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and deliver on key targets, including revenue and profitability growth.
- Develop substantial customer investment plans, ensuring planning and execution strategies are in place.
- Facilitate negotiations to drive favorable outcomes.
- Design activation plans that align with channel strategies, monitoring consumption trends weekly.

**Requirements:**

- Senior-level experience in account management
- Strong strategic and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on planning and execution.
- Tertiary qualification in a commercial discipline highly regarded.
