Job Title: Digital Delivery Leader

This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for the delivery of complex ICT and digital projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering large-scale programmes, with a strong understanding of project management principles, governance and stakeholder engagement.

  • Lead the planning, implementation and monitoring of ICT and digital projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are understood and met.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that contingency plans are in place to address any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including financial reports and risk assessments.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ICT and digital project delivery, with experience of working in large-scale environments. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels to drive better outcomes.
