Customer Service Representative

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our client's team in Erskine Park. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional phone support and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding phone customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Communicate pricing and costs of products to customers, promoting sales and increasing revenue.
- Liaise with internal teams, including manufacturing, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and CRM systems, such as PRONTO, to manage customer data and communications.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional approach.
- Computer skills, with prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and PRONTO desirable.
- Strong organization skills, with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A thirst for learning, with a willingness to learn about products and variations.
- 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role, with a background in customer relationship and phone-based sales.
