Customer Service Representative

Fuse Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in a customer-facing role.
About the Company
Our client is a national leader in the steel material distribution industry, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional phone customer service, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Communicate pricing and costs of products to customers, and promote sales through regular client contact.
- Liaise daily with internal teams, including manufacturing, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Update customer requirements and process customer orders in the company sales management system.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer skills, with prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and PRONTO desirable.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- 3+ years previous experience in a similar role, with previous customer relationship and phone-based sales experience.
