About the Position:


We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Coordinator to join our Hotel Department. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to our guests during their stay, ensuring a memorable experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide excellent customer service and support to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of room assignments and key cards.
  • Utilize Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
