**Job Opportunity:** Cultural Capability Officer

Work with our team to provide cultural support and ensure services are culturally appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members of the community, patients, clients, and visitors
  • Lead the implementation of an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural capability plan
  • Provide leadership in the process of planning, implementing and evaluating quality improvement activities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander consumers

Requirements:

  • High level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high level interpersonal and communication skills with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members of the community, patients, clients, and visitors
  • Leadership and coordination skills
