Children's Health Queensland provides services from key locations in the Brisbane metropolitan area and works with the 15 other hospital and health services as well as NGOs and charity partners in Queensland to deliver an integrated network of healthcare services and support across the state.
**Your Opportunity**:
Under Section s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act -1991, there is a genuine occupationalrequirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
The position of Cultural Capability Officer will enable CHQ to improve its cultural capability and support the sector's workforce capability needs by:

- Delivering Cultural Capability training to the CHQ workforce utilising resources currently developed and delivered.
- Contributing to CHQ's implementation of the Queensland Health Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Capability Framework 2010 - 2033
- Contributing to the implementation outcomes of the Children's Health Queensland's Health Equity Strategy 2022-2025.
