Senior Building Consultant

As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of building plans and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of development/building approval applications to meet client performance indicators.
- Perform comprehensive building inspections to identify structural, safety or compliance issues.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, contractors, and stakeholders regarding building regulation matters.
- Prepare and process documentation for building approvals, inspection reports, and occupancy certificates.
- Review building plans and drawings for compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and planning requirements.
- Previous experience as a Building Surveyor/Certifier and/or inspector in QLD.
- Proficient in Building Surveying/Certification in QLD.
- Recognised Bachelor's Degree and/or Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying.
