The Role

The Claims & Assessing Division is responsible for managing the Claims Process. Our aim is to provide prompt service with personal attention to customers while controlling costs.

The C&A Change Delivery Team's purpose is to ensure the delivery of initiatives with project and change management expertise. They work with the business to deliver problem definition and solution design with business and process analysis expertise.

The Business Analyst will ensure the successful design and development of solutions for Claims and Assessing. This includes analysis activities for new business processes, new products, and operational process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis and Design: Gather system and process requirements and design innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Testing: Manage user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet original requirements.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong business process modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
